OUR STORY AND HISTORY
IP Shastra was founded in 2025 by Mr. Swapnil Mahadeo Sanap, a seasoned Intellectual Property professional, an engineer, an advocate, and a registered patent agent, after gaining extensive expertise in IPR practice. Beginning his career as a software engineer, he transitioned into Intellectual Property law, developing a deep understanding of patent drafting, prosecution, commercialization, and enforcement. His diverse experience in IP strategy, litigation, and contract law led him to establish IP Shastra, a boutique full-service Intellectual Property law firm.
